Relax and de-stress your body and mind. I will guide you in to a deep restful trance-like state so you can give your body and mind that deep rest it needs. Leave the session feeling calm and refreshed.

Did you know that your subconscious mind controls your behavior? It stores and holds all your memories, concepts, perceptions and experiences long after your conscious mind has forgotten them. In turn it rules your behaviour, habits, decision making and mind set. It can be difficult to change your deep subconscious beliefs.
Hypnotherapy is about the power of suggestion. It is used to access someone's subconscious mind. As you enter a hypnotic state (which is a natural deeply relaxed state), the subconscious mind is more susceptible and more open to suggestion. A hypnotherapist will make positive suggestions tailored to your needs and therefore your subconscious mind is able to accept them and change current beliefs and patterns of behavior that are unhelpful.
Bear in mind that a hypnotherapist cannot make you do anything or believe anything you do not want to. You are always aware and in control. It is not like what you see on stage or in TV shows. Clinical hypnotherapy, when used in a professional capacity, is a legitimate form of alternative therapy.
